Compatibility / Fitment Guide
Direct-control compatibility: Ultraflex controls specified for C2, C8 or MACHZero cables. Examples include B400 (no connection kit) and B183, which accepts MACHZero directly. B47/B49 controls require K25 (32775F). Other controls must explicitly accept 33C/universal 10-32 UNF cables.
Engine-side fitment: depends on the engine’s throttle/shift attachment. Universal ends often require a brand/model-specific connection kit. Do not substitute MACHZero for Mercury Gen II C36/MACH36, Mercury C5/MACH5, OMC/Volvo C14/MACH14 or C22 cables unless the control and engine are converted with the exact approved adaptors.
Length: follow the boat/control manufacturer’s routing method, allow engine movement, avoid bends tighter than the cable specification and round up to an available foot length. The selected variant—not the generic product title—determines the supplied cable length.

Is this a pair of cables?
No. One cable is supplied in the selected length; twin-function installations normally need separate throttle and shift cables.
Will it fit Mercury Gen II controls?
Not as a direct replacement. Mercury Gen II applications normally use C36/MACH36-type cables.
How do I choose the length?
Measure the complete routed path using the control/engine instructions, include movement allowance, then round up to the next available foot.
Does every engine need an adaptor?
No, but many engine-side connections do. Match the exact control and engine attachment before ordering.
Important: A wrong cable type, stroke, adaptor or length can prevent full neutral/throttle/shift travel. Verify both ends and test the system with the engine stopped.
