Shop marine engine oil for 2-stroke and 4-stroke outboards, inboards and sterndrives. The range includes manufacturer-branded and compatible oils for routine servicing, top-ups and seasonal maintenance.
Select the correct marine engine oil
Use the viscosity and performance specification stated in the engine manual. For 2-stroke outboards, check whether NMMA TC-W3 or another manufacturer approval is required. For 4-stroke engines, confirm the viscosity grade, API category and any marine or OEM approval.
- Do not choose by viscosity alone.
- Check whether the engine uses premix or oil injection.
- Confirm the pack size against the engine's service-fill capacity.
Marine engine oil FAQ
Can automotive oil replace marine engine oil?
Only if the engine manufacturer permits the exact same specification. When in doubt, use an approved marine or manufacturer-recommended product.
Can different 2-stroke oils be mixed?
Avoid mixing unless compatibility is confirmed by the lubricant and engine manufacturers. If the existing oil is unknown, consult the engine manual before topping up.
