UK-Only Shipping
Due to Brexit and associated changes in trade regulations, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from 4boats.co.uk.

Handling Time

1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are typically processed and dispatched within this time frame.

Transit Time

3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery within the UK mainland.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it:

If the order has already been dispatched, please return the parcel once received. A refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect entry, or returned to us undelivered, both the return cost and any re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer. If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacement.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location or attempt redelivery the next working day.

  • Orders over £150: Free shipping on most products*
