Compatibility / Fitment Guide
Cable compatibility: suitable for Multiflex universal 3300-series cables including EC-033, EC-133 and EC-133R with 10-32 UNF end rods and the correct conduit mounting arrangement.
System quantity: one LM-K-13 handles one control function. A conventional twin-station, single-engine installation normally needs a correctly designed connector/cable arrangement for throttle and another for shift.
Critical setup: Multiflex states that each station control must provide more movement resistance than the engine/reverse-gear linkage. Otherwise, moving one station may pull the idle station lever instead of operating the engine. After installation, operate repeatedly from both stations and adjust lever braking/neutral restraint if required.
Exclusions: not for incompatible C5/C36, metric or proprietary cable terminals without an approved adaptor. Cable lengths, travel and push/pull sense must match at both stations.

Does one connector operate both throttle and shift?
No. One LM-K-13 transfers one cable function; the complete twin-station system must provide separate throttle and shift circuits.
Why can the unused lever move?
If its resistance is lower than the engine linkage resistance, motion can transfer to the other station. Follow the Multiflex setup warning and test both stations.
Will it fit Mercury Gen II cables?
Not directly. C36/Gen II is a different terminal/interface from universal 3300 cable.
Who should install it?
A competent marine engineer familiar with dual-station controls, because incorrect adjustment can prevent reliable throttle or gear selection.
Verify all cable interfaces, travel, mounting dimensions and engine attachment hardware before purchase. Install and test engine-control components in accordance with the engine and control manufacturer instructions.
