SEAFLO compact submersible bilge pump – 12V, 600GPH

A compact non-automatic drainage pump for small craft and restricted bilge spaces. The removable strainer base, corrosion-resistant thermoplastic body and stainless-steel shaft support routine freshwater or saltwater bilge service.

Suitable applications: RIBs, inflatables, fishing boats, tenders, small speedboats and auxiliary compartments with 12V power and a 19mm discharge hose.

Boat compatibility and system design

• For 12V DC small-craft bilge systems using a 19mm smooth-bore hose.
• Requires a manual switch, float switch or electronic controller; this model has no integral automatic sensor.
• Installed capacity must be checked against boat size, compartment volume, lift and required emergency pumping capacity.
• May be used as a secondary or compartment pump but should not replace a correctly sized primary/emergency bilge system.
• Not for fuel, oil, sewage, potable water or abrasive liquids.

Important: nominal flow is measured under low-restriction test conditions. Installed output reduces with vertical lift, hose length, small-bore pipe, bends and fittings.

Installation, checks and package contents

• Mount upright at the lowest accessible collection point and keep the snap-off strainer serviceable.
• Route the discharge above the waterline and use anti-siphon protection where required.
• Use a 4A fuse, marine tinned cable and sealed connections positioned above normal bilge-water level.
• Test the pump, switch and high-water strategy regularly and clear hair, leaves and debris from the strainer.

Package contents: one new SEAFLO 600GPH pump with removable strainer base; switch, hose, fuse, cable extension and through-hull are not included.
