Yes. As well as the rail attachments, it can be surface mounted using screws.
How do I know if it is compatible?
Measure the maximum diameter of your fender when inflated. If it is 10.5 inches (267mm) or less, it will fit inside the 11.13-inch internal diameter.
Can I fit several holders side by side?
Yes, each holder mounts independently, so you can fit as many single holders along your rail as you need.
