Questions & Answers
Is this a genuine original part?
This is a genuine Solas propeller – a premium aftermarket replacement made to meet or exceed original equipment (OE) fitment and performance.
How do I know if it is compatible?
Check the Solas part number (8614-140-21) or OEM number on your current propeller, plus your gearcase size and spline count. If you are unsure, send us your engine make, model and year and we will confirm fitment before you order.
Does this propeller require a separate hub kit?
No. This propeller has a traditional pressed-in rubber hub and fits straight onto your propeller shaft with your existing thrust washer and nut.
Is this a left-hand propeller?
Yes – this is a left-hand (counter-rotation) propeller for counter-rotating engines or the counter-rotating side of twin installations. Check your engine rotation before ordering.
Note: Please verify your engine's gearcase size, spline count and propeller size against the references above before purchasing. Domain: 4boats.co.uk
