Confirmed Multiflex cable families: EC-033 universal 33C, EC-133/EC-133R premium universal, EC-043 and EC-016, subject to the correct cable-end fittings and engine adaptor kit.
Mounting: suitable for a robust side panel with enough internal depth and handle clearance. The control can be oriented for horizontal or vertical installation and on an appropriate left- or right-side panel; confirm the shift sense and cable routing before drilling.
Engine fitment: determined by the two selected cables, travel, terminal fittings and engine-specific attachment kit. Mercury/Mariner C5 Gen I and C36 Gen II cables are different interfaces and are not directly claimed.
Electrical: connect the neutral-safety switch only according to the engine/control wiring diagram. No trim/tilt switch function is claimed for LM-V-5.
