How do I know if it is compatible?

Your transom needs a flat area for the 110mm x 150mm fixing base (hole centres 82mm x 132mm). The set is recommended for craft up to 3.6m with a payload (including motor) up to 112kg.

Can they be used for road towing?

No. They are for moving the boat short distances on land to and from the water and are not suitable for vehicle towing.
