High-capacity continuous-duty water pressure pump

SEAFLO’s heavy-duty five-chamber 24V diaphragm pump for large onboard or mobile water systems. It delivers up to 7.0GPM at open flow, stops at 60PSI and combines an on-demand pressure switch with bypass control to reduce cycling.

Applications and compatibility

• For large 24V water systems on yachts, workboats, RVs and specialist agricultural/mobile equipment.
• SEAFLO states support for up to six fixtures, subject to total demand, pipe diameter and pressure losses.
• An accumulator is not normally required, but every connected component must be rated for 60PSI and the high flow.
• Not for fuel, solvents or flammable liquids.

Installation and package contents

• Mount dry on a rigid ventilated surface and support the heavy motor against vibration and movement.
• Use an inlet strainer, large enough reinforced hose and airtight suction plumbing to avoid starving the pump.
• The 13A 24V load requires correctly sized cable, fuse and switching for the circuit length and duty.
• Package contains one SEAFLO 53 Series pump. Confirm quick-attach port fittings and strainer supplied before ordering.
