24V high-water warning alarm
The SEAFLO SFWA2-01 is a dash-mounted audible and visual warning unit for a 24V high-water detection circuit. When a compatible float or electronic field switch closes, the panel illuminates its warning LED and sounds a ≥95 dB alarm so the crew can investigate abnormal water level in a monitored compartment.
This is an alarm unit, not a water sensor and not a bilge pump.
Suitable boats and monitoring points
- 24V motor yachts, sailing yachts, workboats and fishing boats requiring a high-bilge-water warning.
- Remote engine-room, lazarette, bow-thruster or machinery compartments that are not continuously visible.
- Can be paired with a suitable float switch or solid-state/electric-field bilge switch.
- Additional compartments normally require their own sensors and an appropriate alarm design.
- A high-water alarm supplements routine inspection and bilge pumping; it does not prevent flooding.

Check before ordering and installing
- Confirm the vessel and alarm circuit are 24V DC.
- This listing is for the warning unit; verify whether a sensor is shown as included. A separate water-level switch is required for detection.
- Mount where the LED is visible and the buzzer can be heard at the normal helm/crew position.
- Place the sensor above the normal bilge-pump operating level but low enough to give useful warning time.
- Protect the circuit with the correct fuse and marine cable; test the sensor, LED and buzzer regularly.
- Do not treat the 10 A figure as the alarm's normal consumption; it is the maximum rating stated for the 24V configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Does this unit detect water by itself?
No. It needs a compatible float or electronic water-level switch.
Does it automatically pump the bilge?
No. Its purpose is to warn with light and sound. Pump control must be provided by the bilge-pump system.
Can it be used on a 12V boat?
No. This is the 24V version; use the correct 12V model for a 12V circuit.
Where should the sensor be installed?
In the monitored compartment above the normal pump-on level, positioned to provide early warning without nuisance activation.
