Early warning of abnormal bilge water level
A 24V high-water alarm system combining a sealed solid-state electric-field water sensor with a visual and audible alarm of at least 95dB. A three-second delay helps reject sloshing and short false triggers before the alarm activates.

Applications and compatibility

- Install the sensor above the normal bilge-pump activation level so it indicates unusual pump failure or excessive ingress.
- The 10A contact rating governs any connected auxiliary load; use a relay for higher-current devices.
- An alarm is a warning device and does not replace correctly sized bilge pumps, inspection or emergency procedures.
Installation and package contents
- Mount the sensor at the chosen high-water level on a clean surface and the alarm where it can be seen and heard.
- Wire to a continuously available protected 24V supply as appropriate for the vessel’s safety plan.
- Test with water after installation and at regular intervals; confirm the delay, alarm and reset levels.
- Kit contains the solid-state water sensor and combined visual/audible alarm with attached leads. Confirm panel hardware, fuse and connectors against the pack.

No. It detects high water and raises an alarm; it is not a bilge pump.
Why is there a three-second delay?

Where should the sensor be mounted?
