Direct fit criteria: 12 V DC bilge system, 1-1/8in / 28 mm discharge hose, space for approximately 150 × 83 × 105 mm, and wiring that supports permanent automatic feed plus switched manual override. Match 4511S1 when the stainless-steel strainer version is required.
Replacement references: the pump body is from the legacy Sahara S1100 4511 family; 4511-1 and 4511-7 identify other packaging/strainer configurations. Confirm base/strainer mounting holes before treating it as a drop-in replacement. The 24 V S1100 is 4512-1 and cannot be substituted electrically.
Performance limit: 1100 GPH is open flow at 13.6 V. Real output falls with vertical lift, hose length, bends, non-return valves and low battery voltage. It is not an engine-cooling or potable-water pump.
