Is this intended for small boats?
No. The No.1 is intended for larger boats up to 15m (49ft). Smaller craft should use an appropriately sized model.
Does “up to 15m” guarantee compatibility?
No. Boat length is the first selection guide. Vessel displacement, strong-point capacity and sea conditions must also be considered.
Are the deployment rope and shackles included?
They are not listed as included. Choose marine-grade, correctly rated line and connecting hardware for your installation.
Can it be used as a conventional seabed anchor?
No. A sea anchor works in the water to create drag; it does not grip the seabed.
