The Multiflex H1N is a planetary mechanical helm with non-reaction steering. Its internal mechanism reduces propeller-torque feedback at the wheel, helping the operator hold course with less continuous steering effort.

FITMENT FIRST: Use one Multiflex SC-16 Easy Connect steering cable. Non-reaction is not power assistance and does not override the complete system limits for engine power, boat speed or steering load.

Confirmed interface: one Multiflex SC-16 Easy Connect steering cable. Choose cable length from the actual routing and maintain broad bends with unrestricted engine movement.

System suitability: intended for compatible single-engine mechanical steering installations. Verify engine power, hull speed/type, propeller torque, steering geometry and the manufacturer’s full system rating. The non-reaction clutch reduces feedback but does not make an overloaded mechanical system safe.

Not compatible: SC-11 thread-connect, SC-18 Lite 55, rack or unrelated quick-connect cables. Use a wheel with a 3/4 in tapered hub, maximum 400 mm diameter.
