Autosol Marine Shine surface cleaner and polish
A concentrated polishing compound for restoring weathered marine metalwork, GRP and gelcoat. Its abrasive cleaning action removes oxidation and surface staining, while the finishing agents help restore shine and leave temporary surface protection.
Suitable for: routine restoration of compatible stainless steel, brass, bare aluminium, GRP and gelcoat on boats, caravans and marine equipment.

Selection and compatibility

- Test first on an inconspicuous area, particularly on aged gelcoat, anodised aluminium, painted surfaces and plated fittings.
- Do not use on delicate coatings, thin plating, soft plastics, non-stick finishes or matt surfaces without manufacturer approval.
- Deep pitting, damaged coating, structural corrosion and cracks cannot be repaired by polish.
Installation, use and care
- Wash away grit and salt before polishing so loose contamination does not scratch the surface.
- Apply a small amount with a soft cloth or suitable pad and work a limited area at a time.
- Avoid excessive pressure, speed or heat; polish and inspect frequently.
- Remove residue with a clean microfibre cloth and wash hands after use.
- Follow the label safety instructions, close the container and store away from children and temperature extremes.
