Confirmed cable: Multiflex SC-18 Lite 55 steering cable of the correctly measured length. Maintain at least the cable manufacturer’s minimum bend radius and allow for unrestricted engine movement.
Engine limit: compatible single-outboard installations up to 40 kW / 55 HP, provided boat speed, hull form, propeller torque and steering geometry remain within the complete Lite 55 system specification.
Not compatible: SC-11 thread-connect, SC-16 Easy Connect, rack cables or other proprietary cable ends. Use a 3/4 in tapered-hub wheel no larger than 375 mm.
