Brushless Technology with Digimax Controller

The Haswing Protruar 1HP is a 12V electric outboard producing thrust equivalent to a 2HP petrol engine, without the pollution, noise and regular servicing. Its built-in heavy-duty brushless motor delivers efficient power conversion with zero maintenance. The Digimax digital controller gives smooth stepless forward and reverse speeds, maximises runtime and conserves battery at any power setting, and prevents false starts when first connected to the battery. This is the short shaft (66cm) version.

RELIABILITY: Durable cast aluminium shaft, IP67 waterproof rating, and sacrificial anodes (with spares) for use in both salt and fresh water.

Yes, this is a Haswing Protruar 1HP electric outboard, supplied with user manual and propeller fixing kit.

How do I know if it is compatible?

It is designed for boats up to 6m in length with a 12V supply. Check your transom height against the 66cm shaft length to make sure the propeller is fully submerged.

What battery is recommended for this motor?

A 12V 105Ah deep cycle (leisure) battery or higher is recommended. Battery not included.

Note: Always ensure your battery connections are secure and use a suitably rated circuit breaker to protect the controller electronics.
