Is this a genuine original part?

This is a genuine Haswing Armada motor, manufactured to the highest marine standards for high-thrust electric propulsion.

How do I know if it is compatible?

We recommend checking that your boat has a 48V battery bank (min 100Ah recommended) and is fitted with a standard steering wheel and cable system. If your hull is under 9m and requires a remote outboard, this is the correct unit.

Are the steering wheel and cables included?

No. This motor includes the external throttle control and magnetic kill switch, but the physical steering wheel and mechanical cables must be purchased separately to fit your specific boat's cockpit layout.

Note: 4boats.co.uk recommends using deep cycle lead-acid or lithium batteries. Ensure lithium BMS supports 90A continuous draw.
