Transom-Mount Launching Wheels for Inflatables & RIBs

The EasyFold Stainless Steel Launching Wheels fit onto the rigid transom of inflatable boats and RIBs, making it far easier to get your boat to the launch site, especially with an outboard and gear on board. A spring-loaded handle rotates the wheels between the upright and downward positions, so there are no pins to remove and no wrestling with wheels while in the water. Recommended for craft up to 4m long with a payload up to 150kg.

PRACTICAL DESIGN: On launching, the wheels lock upright and stay on the transom with a low profile. Back on shore, fold them down and lock them with a single quick action; when stored, they tuck in under the boat.

Do the wheels have to come off once the boat is afloat?

No. They lock in the upright position and stay attached to the transom while you are on the water.

How do I know if it is compatible?

They are designed for inflatable boats and RIBs with a rigid transom, recommended for craft up to 4m and a payload up to 150kg.

Can these wheels be used for vehicle towing?

No. They are for launching and manoeuvring by hand only and are not suitable for vehicle towing.

Note: If the spring-loaded pins are stiff on first installation, apply WD-40 into the spring mechanism via the slot holes. Grease the wheel axles regularly with water-resistant marine grease and check the wing nuts are tight before use.
