Is this a genuine original part?
This is a quality aftermarket contour fender, not a branded original part.
How do I know if it is compatible?
Check the dimensions (24" x 6.5" x 2.5"). If your boat has low gunwales or step-down areas where standard round fenders slip off, this contour design is the recommended solution.
Can I use this as a normal fender?
Yes. As well as hinging around the gunwale, it can be used as a traditional flat fender against the hull.
