ACR ResQLink View Buoyant PLB (2922)

Floating Personal Locator Beacon with Digital Display

The ACR ResQLink View Buoyant PLB (ACR part 2922, model PLB-425) is a personal locator beacon made by ACR Electronics for marine, aviation and outdoor use. The "View" model adds a digital display that shows beacon status and your GPS position, and the unit is buoyant, so it floats if dropped overboard. When activated, it sends a 406 MHz distress signal to the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system, with a 121.5 MHz homing signal for rescuers.

NO SUBSCRIPTION: A PLB uses the Cospas-Sarsat search-and-rescue satellite system. No monthly or annual service fee is needed; the beacon must be registered with your national authority.

Key Features

✔ Strobe: LED and infrared strobe to help rescuers locate you
