Is this a genuine original part?

This is a quality aftermarket propeller guard.

How do I know if it is compatible?

The 11" size is the guard's internal diameter, so your propeller must be slightly smaller: up to 10.5" diameter, on a 20hp to 35hp outboard or stern drive. Check size and clearance carefully before drilling holes and installing.

Will this affect my boat's performance?

Performance is best when the prop blades run close to the guard ring, so consider a propeller closer to the ring size. After installation the motor will need to be re-trimmed.
