Automatic low-profile pumping for tight bilges
The SEAFLO SFBP1-G800-14A is a 12V DC, 800 GPH automatic bilge pump with an integrated water-level sensor. Its narrow horizontal body reaches into shallow or awkward bilges where a conventional upright pump or separate float switch may not fit.
It suits small motorboats, yachts, RIBs, tenders and fishing boats requiring automatic nuisance-water removal, subject to correct capacity, wiring and discharge design. The body can be mounted horizontally or vertically and the discharge rotates through 360 degrees.
Automatic and service features
- Integrated water-level sensing starts and stops the pump automatically; no separate float switch is required for normal automatic operation.
- Low-profile strainer can leave the bilge drained to approximately 10 mm.
- 360-degree rotating body and discharge help align the hose in confined spaces.
- Straight outlets for 19, 25 and 29 mm hose plus a 19 mm 90-degree elbow configuration.
- Built-in check valve helps reduce backflow through the discharge line.
- Snap-fit assembly and cartridge-style motor support rapid cleaning and service.
- Submersible and ignition-protected construction with stainless-steel shaft, sealed wiring and anti-airlock protection.
- Designed to meet CE, RoHS, ISO 8846 and ISO 8849 requirements.

Boat compatibility and installation checks
- For 12V DC marine systems only; do not connect directly to a different nominal voltage.
- 800 GPH is an open-flow rating. Installed output falls with vertical lift, hose length, bore, bends, fittings and restrictions.
- Use reinforced smooth-bore hose matched to the selected 19/25/29 mm outlet, keep the run short and rising, and provide anti-siphon protection where required.
- Size the fuse, switching device and marine-grade cable for up to the 3.2 A operating demand with suitable margin, allowing for cable length and voltage drop.
- Mount the strainer at the lowest practical point, keep it accessible for cleaning and test the complete system regularly.
- Use only for bilge water. It is not suitable for fuel, oil, sewage, drinking water or abrasive liquids.
- Package: one 14A automatic pump with discharge/check-valve fittings as supplied. Hose, fuse, through-hull and main wiring are installation items.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need a separate float switch?
No for normal automatic use. The integrated 14A water-level sensor controls the pump.
Is it the timer-sensing 14B model?
No. This is the 14A water-level-sensing version, not the periodic timer-sensing 14B and not the manual 14C.
Can it be mounted on its side?
The design supports horizontal or vertical mounting when installed in accordance with the instructions and with free water access.
Will it work on 24V?
No. This product is the 12V version; use the corresponding 24V model for a 24V boat.
