Check the plastic jacket of your old cable for a part number (e.g., M66 or SSC62). If your helm uses a "Quick Connect" notched fitting (approximately 18mm diameter) with a locking groove, this is the correct replacement.
How do I measure the correct length for a new installation?
For Ultraflex M66, measure the outer conduit length (D) and add 22 inches, then round up to the next whole foot. For replacement of an existing cable, measure the black plastic jacket length and add 18 inches.
