No, this is the stainless steel mounting bracket only. It is pre-drilled to accept standard lights from Perko and Aqua Signal.
Can I mount this on either side of the radar?
The SSC110 is specifically designed for port-side (left side) mounting. If you require a starboard-side mount, please search for the SSC100 model.
