No, the Amita 3 (1411-130-21) features a traditional pressed-in rubber hub. It is designed to slide directly onto your 15-tooth spline shaft using your existing thrust washer and propeller nut hardware.

Will this fit my 60HP Mercury Command Thrust?

Yes. This propeller is designed for the 4.25" gearcase found on Mercury Bigfoot and Command Thrust (CT) models, as well as the larger 75-125HP range.
