- Includes 2 keys and hexagonal black plastic mounting nut
- Push-to-choke type; for electronic ignition only
- Material: ABS plastic; housing rust and corrosion‑proof
- Fits Mercury and Mercury‑based Mariner control boxes from 1981 (Commander 2000 type)
- Replaces 17009A2, 17009A5, 87-17009A2, 87-17009A5
- Panel cut-out: 22.2 mm (7/8") D-shaped hole required
- Ratings: ignition 15 A @ 12 VDC; solenoid 30 A @ 12 VDC; choke 7 A @ 12 VDC
