The Haswing Protruar 1.0 is a 1HP electric outboard running from a 12V battery. Its heavy-duty brushless motor gives thrust equivalent to a 2HP petrol engine without the pollution, noise or regular servicing. This long-shaft version has a durable 900mm (35") cast aluminium shaft and the Digimax digital controller for smooth speed control.

DIGIMAX CONTROL: The Digimax digital controller conserves battery power at any setting to maximise time on the water, gives smooth stepless forward and reverse, and prevents false starts when first connected to the battery.

Yes, this is a genuine Haswing Protruar motor, supplied with warranty and UK after-sales service support.

How do I know if it is compatible?

The Protruar 1.0 clamps to standard boat transoms and the clamp screws can be padlocked. If your boat is up to 6m and needs a 90cm long shaft, this is the correct unit.

What battery do I need for the Protruar 1.0?

A 12V 105Ah deep cycle (leisure) battery or higher capacity is recommended. The battery is not included.
