Inflation steps:

• Screw the inflation adaptor into the fender valve
• Connect the pump to the larger end (select the pump-end size that fits)
• Inflate to 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) and check firmness
• Remove adaptor and check for leaks; replace valve cap when finished

Instruction on replacing the Majoni valve: To replace the Majoni valve, follow these steps:

• Deflate the fender completely and dry the valve area
• Use a suitable valve-core tool or small pliers to unscrew and remove the old valve core or valve insert
• Inspect the valve seat for debris or damage and clean if necessary
• Insert a new replacement valve from the kit and hand‑tighten, then give a small additional turn with the tool to secure (avoid over-tightening)
• Reinflate the fender to 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) and check for leaks using soapy water or by listening for hissing
• If no leaks are present, replace the valve cap and stow spare valves for future use

How to inflate your Majoni fenders: the quickest method is a compressor with the appropriate flat-head adapter to pump air. If a compressor is not available, use a compatible foot, hand or stirrup pump with the correct pump-end size supplied in this kit. Always check pressure and valve tightness after inflation.
