The Ultrasonic Tank TS1 is a compact, high-accuracy ultrasonic tank sender for marine use, preconfigured to 0–2000 mm (0–6.5 ft) and compatible with many resistive and 0–5 V instruments.
- Handles common outputs: 240–33 Ω, 10–180 Ω, Vetus 10–300 Ω for analog resistive gauges (not for resistive digital gauges or CAN); also 0–5 V for BEP, Teleflex, Faria and VDO
- Low profile with SAE 5 stud mounting pattern — retrofit to most other senders (top mount only) with gasket, seal and screws
- Operating voltage 10–32 V; current draw 25 mA with 5 V gauge output
- Measurement method: ultrasonic measurement; tank depth 0–2000 mm (0–6.5 ft); accuracy 2 mm (≈0.Ø 8 in)
- Not suitable for tank depths less than 200 mm
- Environmental temperature 4–65 °C (39–149 °F); chemical resistance: petrol, diesel, water, toilet chemicals
- Works with metal and plastic tanks with non-linear capacity; suitable for petrol, diesel, fresh water, grey water and black water
- USB drivers available; re-programming necessary for non-standard settings (TS1‑PK programming kit sold separately)
BEP TS Programmer is a 32-bit Windows application used to pre-program TS1 parameters stored in non-volatile memory; parameters are classified as Sensor Parameters and Linearisation Parameters. Supplier programming is available at additional charge.
