MARLIN Metal Primer, 0.5 L — fast-drying, high-adhesion primer for marine and industrial metal use.

  • Package: 0.5 L
  • Fast-drying, high adhesion and corrosion resistance
  • Suitable for steel, aluminium and other metal surfaces
  • Coverage: approx. 8–10 m²/L (varies with surface)
  • Drying: touch dry 30–60 min; recoat after 2–4 hours (at 20°C, approximate)
  • Clean and degrease; remove rust and loose paint before priming
  • Application: brush, roller or spray
  • Cleanup: use an appropriate solvent or thinner while wet
  • Storage: store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Compatible topcoats, thinners and accessories

Slow shipping from their supplier

George set up the purchase well enough but since 4boats have no in house stock for the items that they sell, a delay of an additional week occurred from their wholesaler. This was not recognized until I called back to find out what was causing the delay. My opportunity to apply the paint to the propellers myself was lost and I had to pay a marine painting service to do so
