Flexithane Hypalon 500ml white paint for renovating Hypalon, PU and rubber‑variant inflatable boat fabrics; highly elastic, opaque and abrasion‑resistant.
- Size: 500 ml tin; white colour.
- Coverage: two coats on 4–5 m² (43–54 sq ft) per tin.
- Substrates: Hypalon, PU and rubber‑variant fabrics.
- Finish: smooth satin, highly opaque; normally one coat for true colour.
- Elasticity & adhesion: fully flexible with extreme stretch; high adhesion, won’t crack or flake.
- Drying times: touch dry 5 min at 20°C (68°F); hard dry 20 min; full cure 24 hr.
- Application: brush recommended (natural bristles); rollers not recommended; spray for professional use only.
- Preparation: no mixing required — shake or stir; use Polymarine Flexithane 2681 thinners for spraying (max 15%).
Shake tin vigorously, decant into a paint kettle and stir every few minutes while working. Apply by natural‑bristle brush; if spraying use suitable breathing apparatus and follow SDS safety guidance.
