Flexithane Hypalon 500ml (grey) is a specialist, highly elastic paint for renovating Hypalon, PU and rubber inflatable boats and RIBs.
- Fully flexible for Hypalon, PU and rubber fabrics
- Excellent adhesion with hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant finish
- Smooth satin, highly opaque — normally one coat for true colour
- No mixing required; just vigorous shake or stir
- Brush recommended (natural bristles); rollers not recommended
- Touch dry 5 minutes at 20°C (68°F); second coat when hard dry 20 minutes; full dry 24 hours
- Coverage: 500ml covers two coats on 4–5 m² (43–54 ft²)
- Spray: professional use only with Polymarine 2681 thinner, max 15%
Shake tin vigorously, decant required amount into a kettle and stir periodically; consult the SDS for safety, respiratory protection and spray precautions.
