Flexithane Hypalon Paint is a specialist, highly flexible coating for renovating Hypalon, PU and rubber-type inflatable boat fabrics. This 500ml tin in black gives an opaque, smooth satin finish that resists cracking and abrasion.
- Suitable for Hypalon, PU and rubber variant fabrics
- Highly elastomeric with extreme stretch - will not crack or flake
- Excellent adhesion; also reseals rubbing strakes and mouldings
- Opaque coverage usually in one coat; second coat improves finish and durability
- Touch dry in 5 minutes; recoat when hard dry at ~20 minutes; fully dry after 24 hours at 20Β°C (68Β°F)
- Coverage: 500ml covers 4β5 mΒ² (approx. 43β54 ftΒ²) for two coats
- Apply with a natural-bristle brush; rollers not recommended; spray only for professionals using Polymarine 2681 thinners (max 15%)
Shake the tin vigorously before use, decant the amount needed into a separate container and stir regularly while working. Follow the SDS and wear suitable PPE when spraying or handling thinners.
