The Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/70 is an ultrafast 70 A MPPT solar charge controller with built-in Bluetooth for live monitoring and advanced battery management.

- Suitable for 12/24/36/48 V battery systems and compatible with a wide range of battery chemistries, including multiple leadβacid and lithium charging stages.
- Built-in safety protection: PV short circuit, reverse polarity, overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse current protection, battery overvoltage and overheating protection (internal temperature sensor).
- Status LED indicators for quick system condition checks.
- Built-in Bluetooth: Connect to a phone or tablet using the VictronConnect app for configuration and monitoring.
- Live data transmission: Realβtime information including solar panel output, battery voltage, current and battery state of charge. Detailed data logs: system activity for the past 30 days available to view. Note: viewing full SOC history or advanced battery metrics may require a compatible Victron monitor or BMS.
- Userβdefined battery charging algorithm: Option to disable preset values in favour of personalised charging parameters for each charging stage.
- Programmable relay & connections: Relay contacts are programmable (AC rating: 240 VAC / 4 A; DC rating: 4 A up to 35 VDC, 1 A up to 60 VDC). The relay can be configured for common uses including controlling loads, generator start/stop or to activate an audible alarm.
- Communication port: VE.Direct port (TTL-level UART). VE.Direct to USB cable, optional LCD display and MPPT control panel sold separately.
