The Victron BatteryProtect BP-220 (220 A, 12/24 V) protects batteries and connected equipment by disconnecting non‑essential loads at selectable low or high voltage thresholds. Ideal for marine, RV and off‑grid systems, it offers programmable settings, ultra‑low quiescent current and a 600 A peak capability.

Features include:

• Low-voltage disconnect with programmable threshold to prevent deep discharge and extend battery life.
• High-voltage disconnect to protect connected loads from overvoltage.
• Automatic system recognition (12 V or 24 V) on start-up for simple installation and configuration.
• Ultra-low current consumption: <1.5 mA when active, <0.6 mA when disconnected to avoid unnecessary battery drain.
• Remote switch and alarm connections: 2‑pin dry-contact socket for remote control and a 50 mA alarm relay output.
• Compatible with Lithium batteries: specialised modes for use with Ve.Bus Lithium battery management systems.
