How do I know if it is compatible with my 8HP/9.9HP engine?

This kit is specifically for the 323cc displacement models. Mercury also produced a 209cc version of these engines which uses a different kit (RECKITMER209). Please check your engine serial plate for displacement data or verify your existing impeller part number matches 47-420382.

Does this kit include spark plugs?

No, this kit focuses on the cooling system (impeller/gaskets) and oil filtration. Spark plugs and engine oil are sold separately at 4boats.co.uk.
