How do I know which amperage (10A/20A/30A) I need?

Select the model based on your solar panel output. For example: A 100W panel (approx 5.5A) works best with the 10A model. For 200W+ systems, the 20A or 30A model is recommended to ensure safety margins.

Is this controller compatible with Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries?

This specific model is designed for lead-acid battery types (Sealed, Gel, Flooded). It is generally not recommended for Lithium batteries unless your battery includes an internal BMS that accepts PWM lead-acid charging curves.

Note: Always connect the battery first before the solar panel to allow the controller to detect the correct system voltage (12V or 24V).
