The BEP 701 Contour battery master switch is a compact, locking switch for marine use with a removable control knob and robust, ignition‑protected construction.
- Patented Contour Locking System allows standalone use or secure linking of multiple switches
- Removable control knob — turn counterclockwise 45° to remove; interchangeable label options (Item #713 or #715)
- Surface or recess mount by cutting a 52 mm (2.1") hole
- Three removable side plates accept up to 1/0 AWG cable
- Tin‑plated copper studs and nuts; insulating cover protects terminals against short circuits and helps meet ABYC E‑11 recommendations
- Ignition‑protected for safe installation in engine spaces
- Independently tested to UL 1107: Continuous (1 h), Intermittent (5 min) and Cranking (10 s); continuous/intermittent tested at 110% and limited to a 100°C (212°F) rise
