Star brite Tropical Teak Oil/Sealer Light 473ml

This teak sealer makes teak almost maintenance-free.

Directions:

If the wood is grey and/or dirty, first treat it with Star brite Teak Cleaner and Star brite Teak Brightener.

Shake the Tropical Teak Oil/Sealer well before applying. Use a mixing stick to ensure that any solids at the bottom of the container are well mixed. The teak should be completely dry when applying the Tropical Teak Oil/Sealer. 

Apply the product with a foam brush using short strokes in the direction of the wood grain. It is important to use even brush strokes to obtain a uniform finish. Always stop the application at a natural break point such as a seam. 

Check the treated areas to ensure that there are no brush marks or uneven spots. Uneven or poor application can be corrected by rubbing with a clean dry towel in the direction of the grain before the sealer dries.

Clean any spills or drips immediately with mineral spirits on a clean rag. One coat is all that is necessary to obtain the desired color and wood grain patina.
