This solar lighting system is perfect for locations without access to mains electricity such as outhouses, sheds, garages, farms, stables, as well as for camping, travel, and other outdoor activities (like a yurt). The system operates independently from the grid and relies solely on solar energy or power stored in the battery.
During the day, the 40W solar panel charges a 12V battery inside the control unit. The battery then powers the 4 x 5W 12V LED lights connected via front sockets on the control unit. Additionally, there is a standard 5V USB socket for charging mobile phones and other USB-compatible devices (adapters for USB-compatible mobile phones are included).
The control unit has a built-in 18Ah Lithium battery with an automatic solar charge controller to manage the charging process and prevent overcharging. The solar input can take 18-25V DC power from any suitable solar panel, or charge from the mains using the SL-CH-3A mains adapter. The battery can provide enough energy to power 4 LED lights continuously for 9-10 hours, or twice as long if only two LED lights are connected.
The system is very convenient to use and install. The solar panel adapter cable has two standard MC4 connectors for secure connection with the panel output. Moreover, each LED light comes with a 5m cable with an On/Off switch. All cables come with connectors for a quick "plug and play" installation.

This product comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. In addition, the solar cells are guaranteed to produce a minimum of 90% nominal power for 10 years after purchase and a minimum of 80% nominal power for 25 years after purchase. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the solar cells.
The installation process is straightforward, requiring the solar panel or mains adaptor to be connected to the charging socket located on the front side of the control box using the included adaptor wire. The four LED light cables should also be connected to the front 12V sockets. To start charging, simply turn the control unit switch to ON, and the battery will begin charging. Each LED light has its own separate On/Off switch for convenience.
