The Navisafe Navimount RIB secures Navilight navigation lights to inflatable boat tubes for quick, reliable mounting using a 3M VHB adhesive pad.
- Size: L = 120 mm × W = 81 mm × H = 37 mm
- Weight: 102 g
- Adhesive: 3M VHB self-adhesive pad compatible with Hypalon, Polyethylene and similar inflatable boat fabrics
- Compatibility: Fits Navilight models with Magnetic, Navimount or Suction bases. Models 041 and 341 can be mounted directly; models 001, 010, 040, 305 and 340 require the Navimount/960 converter
- Installation: Carefully clean and dry the mounting area, mark the position with a pencil or tape, remove the adhesive backing, position the mount and press firmly; apply a weight until it's perfectly bonded
- Cure time: At room temperature approximately 50% of ultimate strength after 20 minutes, about 90% after 24 hours and full strength after 72 hours
