D2 is a tough, flexible high-gloss marine varnish that enhances the natural beauty of interior and exterior timber above the waterline, forming a durable film that moves with the wood and is simple to maintain.
- High-gloss finish for an elegant, durable shine
- Flexible film — resists peeling and flaking
- Coverage: 15 m2 per litre (approx. 161 sq ft per litre)
- Tools: Brush, Roller
- Suitable for: Exterior & Interior use (above the waterline) — not for walkways
- Clean up: White Spirit
- Drying Time: 12-24 hours per coat (depending on temperature & humidity)
- Re-coating Time: 12 hours (apply all coats within 1 week)
- Suitable Surfaces: New & weathered softwoods & hardwoods — apply over Deks Olje D1 saturating oil
No sanding is required between coats; maintenance and repairs can be carried out without stripping. Avoid using on surfaces that will be walked on due to slipperiness.
