The Mavi Mare 80HP hydraulic steering system is built for outboards up to 60 kW (80 hp), offering smooth, precise steering and robust durability for small to medium craft.
- GM3-MRA pump — capacity 16 cm³, 7 pistons, weight 2.4 kg (pump is the heart of the system).
- MC90B cylinder — transom-mounted frontal "bullhorn" type; compact, universal fit with a new two-piece support rod for easier installation.
- X.343 standard square bezel kit included — standard steering wheel connected to pump via hydraulic lines.
- Hydraulic hoses and fittings — connect pump, helm and cylinder and carry pressurised hydraulic fluid.
- Hydraulic fluid — transmits pressure through the system for responsive steering.
- Turns hd to hd: 4.9 — precise, responsive steering feel for better control in rough seas.
- Durability and comfort — smoother steering, reduced driver fatigue and greater load capacity than cable systems.
- Installation and maintenance — may require professional fitment; regular checks and bleeding of air advised; use kit X.342 for Yamaha/Tohatsu 40/50/60/70 and see ART. X.372 for specific hand fittings.
