Needed a new starter motor for our 2 stroke Mercury 50hp only to be told by the dealer that there were none in the country. If there were the price would be around £600! Our mechanic sourced one from 4Boats for £100 which arrived within a few days and is clearly brand new and appears to be identical to the current one apart from the fact it works!
