Dual‑component polyurethane adhesive for PVC, PU, inflatable boats, rubber and leather; 250 ml cartridge for marine repairs and patching.
- 250 ml dual‑component glue for synthetic materials (PVC, PU, etc.).
- Mix with hardener at 4% (40 ml per litre); pot life ≈ 1 hour with 4% hardener.
- Open time 10 minutes at 20 °C; full set in 48 hours at 20 °C.
- Temperature resistance of joints: -30 to 100 °C (-22 to 212 °F) with 4% hardener.
- Base product: polyurethane in a solvent system; colourless, translucent; viscosity 4000 mPa·s A; density 0.86 g/cm³ ±0.02; conventional dry (EN 827): 19% ±3%.
- Hardener: polyisocyanates in a chlorinated solvent system; colour brown/yellow; very smooth viscosity; density 0.96 g/cm³ ±0.02; NCO ≈ 8%.
- Flash point ≤ 21 °C (≤ 69.8 °F); resistant to hydrolysis.
