Polymarine Flexithane Hypalon 500ml is a specialist elastomeric paint for renovating Hypalon, PU and rubber inflatable boats, providing a highly opaque, smooth satin finish that adheres and stretches without cracking.
- Compatible with Hypalon, PU and rubber inflatable fabrics
- Volume: 500 ml
- Coverage: 4–5 m² (43–54 sq ft) per 500 ml for two coats
- Touch dry: 5 minutes at 20°C; second coat when hard dry (~20 minutes); full cure 24 hours
- Highly elastomeric with extreme stretch—resists cracking and flaking
- No mixing required—shake or stir before use
- Apply with natural bristle brush; rollers not recommended
- Spraying for professional use only with Polymarine Flexithane 2681 Thinners (max 15%)
- Opaque satin finish; reseals rubbing strakes and mouldings
