The NGK LMAR8BI-9 nickel spark plug features a specially designed V-groove centre electrode to improve ignitability in marine and small petrol engines. The plug uses a resistor-type design for RFI (radio-frequency interference) suppression and has corrosion-resistant plating suited to marine environments.
