Battery Isolator BI 703 is a compact, solid-state diode isolator for marine charging systems, designed for durable, low-maintenance splitting of charge between batteries.
- Solid-state diode technology with moulded diode splitters to prevent wear
- Diode voltage drop approx. 0.6 V (compensate via charger or alternator)
- Compatible with chargers that provide voltage-drop compensation; Mastervolt chargers and Alpha Pro MB regulators offer automatic compensation
- Weights in the series range from 580–1300 g (1.28–2.87 lb) depending on model; check the BI 703 datasheet for the exact weight
- Corrosion-proof construction with aluminium heat sinks; electronic components encased in synthetic materials for durability
- Fast, secure installation with connection lugs and solid bolt connections with nuts and locking rings
